Appointment Cancellation Policy

There is a minimum notice period of 24 hours for cancelling appointments. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full rate for the missed appointment.

E.g. If you have an appointment at 1pm on Tuesday, you’ll need to cancel before 1pm on Monday to receive a refund.

If you’re unable to attend a session, whether in-person or remotely, the last-minute cancellation fee will always be waived in cases of disability.

You don’t need to share details, just let us know you can’t attend due to reasons outside your control, and the fee will be waived. We’ll find an alternative date/time to accommodate you.
