How do your pricing tiers work?
We offer three pricing options:
Full rate
Discounted rate - for those who need financial assistance
Free rate - for displaced people and people experiencing homelessness
If you’re unsure which option applies to you, just ask—we believe in making wellness accessible without judgment.
Will I need a set number of treatments?
Every person’s health journey is different. Following an in-depth consultation, we can assess how many treatments you’ll need.
If we estimate that you need ten treatments but you improve in six, we won’t push for unnecessary sessions. Our focus is always on results, not revenue.
Do you offer treatments for chronic illnesses?
Yes, we are passionate about helping those with chronic conditions.
Whether you’re managing long-term symptoms or looking for additional support alongside conventional medicine, our treatments will be tailored to your specific needs.
Are you inclusive of the LGBTQ+ community and people with disabilities?
Absolutely! We celebrate the fact we are all unique and believe in equity.

How do you minimise your environmental impact?
We are committed to reducing waste and plastic use in our practice. We use acupuncture needles with minimal plastic packaging, choose eco-friendly supplies whenever possible, and actively work to reduce our overall environmental footprint.
Sustainability is an ongoing priority, and we continually seek ways to make our practice greener whilst maintaining the highest standards of care.
What is the 2% pledge?
We pledge to donate 2% of our profits to impactful organisations that align with our values.
To maintain transparency, we will publish a yearly report detailing the donations made and the organisations we’ve supported. Our first report will be available in 2027.
